Located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Leesville Lake is a pristine and undeveloped lake. 17 miles long with over 100 miles of mostly undeveloped shoreline, Leesville Lake offers residents of Heron Pointe the opportunity to enjoy boating surrounded by wildlife and forests.
Access to Heron Pointe is a mere four miles off of US Route 29, a four lane primary highway. Shopping and medical facilities are located just 10 minutes away in the Town of Altavista. A new super store shopping center is under construction 7 miles from Heron Pointe.
Heron Pointe, is made up of 153 beautiful acres and will offer 64 waterfront lots and 60 water access lots. Lots will vary from 0.5 acres to 3 acres. Waterfront lots will offer beautiful wide water views of the lake and distant mountain views.
Located in Pittsylvania County, Heron Pointe residents will enjoy some of the lowest real estate taxes in the state.
