Home Owners Association

While Heron Pointe is under development, Willow Oak Properties, LLC will be responsible for the day to day responsibilities of the Association. After a sufficient number of residents are available to take over the Association, Willow Oak Properties, LLC will turn the Association over to the owners. Please see the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for the details on when the association gets turned over.

Heron Pointe is a community of people seeking the more relaxed lifestyle that lake front living brings. Our neighbors are brought together by their love of nature and a desire to escape the everyday hustle and bustle. Our home owners association is designed to allow the homeowners to protect their investments. This is accomplished by having the home owners oversee the maintenance of the common areas, clubhouse and other amenities of the community. The home owners will also be charged with the Architectural Review Committee which will review and approve all improvements within Heron Pointe.

Currently, our dues are $150 but are subject to change by vote of the homeowner's association.
